Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery with use of Monofocal Intra-ocular lens: £2505 per eye.

Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery with use of Astigmatism monofocal Correcting Intra-ocular lens: £3161 per eye.

Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery with use of aMultifocal or Extended depth of Field Intra-ocular lens (astigmatism and non astigmatism correcting): £3935 per eye.

If you have private medical insurance and cataract, your insurance company should cover the cost of the operation and a standard lens. Astigmatism correcting and multifocal lenses usually have to be self funded at an additional cost.
